-Only established or growing exchanges, not individual companies, will be permitted to subscribe to any Barter21 product that allows interactivity between exchanges.
-Codes of conduct among interacting exchanges will be created by the subscribers and upheld by BCL Soft.
-Your data is your data - BCL Soft will never hold it hostage.
-Barter21 software will keep you and your brokers informed of all activities happening with your users, from transactions to expired credit cards and everything in between. We believe that communication is key.
-We will always respect your privacy and that of your members.
-Barter21 software will always protect your company by staying ahead of security protocols, from password protection to credit card encryption.
-System generated messages (for example, transactions and reversals) will never contradict your company's policies.
-BCL Soft will only quote the actual number of members using Barter21, not the number of categories those members are in.
-Barter21 software will not encourage over-inflation of barter prices with an online auction.
-For trading between exchanges, we will have a reserve fund account in case reversals cannot process through normal channels.
-If something isn't working or if a majority of our subscribers ask us to fix or change something, we will do it.
